Beavering away...

I've not been inspired to take any photos this week. The weather was horrible yesterday and everything looked grey because of it. Sorry.

But here is a VERY cool late Washi Wednesday for you to enjoy, borrowed from Teawagon Tales:


We've been beavering away on our craft party! Everything is now ordered, so we are working on our samples for the 6 - yes, SIX - mini craft workshops you'll get to try your hand at on the night. So far, we have kept these under wraps, but starting tomorrow we'll be sharing a little more information with you.

In addition to the workshops we are running in the upstairs 'Wow room', we'll have three further crafts for you to have a go at in the Craft Lounge (I just made the name up) downstairs, whilst you enjoy a cup of tea and hopefully a Pimms or a glass of wine. We're waiting for a confirmation of a temporary liquor license from our lovely venue.

We have a couple of events planned, one of which is Ready, Steady, Craft! 10 lucky party goers will get a box of crafting supplies and 20 minutes in which to create something! We know this isn't everyone's cup of tea, so we'll be asking you if you fancy taking part as you come in, then picking names from a hat.
