Berylune Book Club
I have a message from the Berylune Librarian:
We had a book club meeting this week, but forgot to tell anyone else about it! We read World War Z by Max Brooks, it was a good read, but I do keep worrying about zombies coming after me!
We have chosen our next book which is going to be The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie. We have selected this book because it was voted the best crime novel ever in a recent poll and we thought we should see what all the fuss was about.
If you feel like reading the book and joining our discussion we will be meeting on Wednesday 5th March from 6pm. There will be tea and cake, we ask for a small contribution of £2 per person to cover our costs.
