Crochet tool belt!
Knit and natter was lovely and busy again last night, many of our favourite people came along to eat carrot cake:
Lemon shortbread button biscuits:
And crazy pink butterfly biscuits:
Oh yes, I think some people also did some knitting and crochet, between sweet courses and slurps of tea! You would be amazed how quickly that lot gets eaten by 10 hungry knitters.
Denise was also celebrating her Birthday yesterday, she was high on sugar and wearing a big puffy frock:
Denise is at a craft show in Manchester this week. She decided at the 11th hour that she wanted tool pouches to thread on to her belt, to keep her crochet hooks and other essentials organised and handy. Zoë swiftly got stuck in to hand stitching some felt pouches, whilst Denise crocheted some granny square motifs for the front. They needed wide elastic to complete their project, not a problem in the Berylune studio, with our vast collection of craft supplies to hand. But as it happened, Amy had this stuff in her HANDBAG. That's just how we roll.
I'll try to get some pictures of everyone's projects next week... Which reminds me, we are moving knit and natter to Tuesday next week as a one off; Thursday is Valentines day, which I suppose would be nice to spend with our loved ones, but more importantly Tuesday is Pancake Day and Amy has promised to make us all pancakes!
Oh, and thanks for taking some pretty pictures Zoë! I promise to remember my camera in future.
