Japanese Majolica tiles, which imitate British Victorian tiles, were produced from the Taisho era to the early Showa era, and fascinated people around the world. These miniature versions make fabulous earrings!

Hand made and painted, so the glaze varies subtly from piece to piece in the most magical way.

Nanayosha's range of ceramic tile jewellery is hand made in Japan's Gifu Prefecture, an area with a 1,200-year-long porcelain production history, famous for Mino-ware and tile. Ceramic artists from around Japan have migrated to Tajimi City, which is now known as a city of tiles, with a tile museum and tile art!
