Red Sails & Pilchards, written and illustrated by Matt Johnson, is an introduction to fishing in the age of sail in Cornwall. It’s a celebration, not only of the skill and crafts of the Cornish fishermen and women, but their harbours, traditions, and landscape.

Matt Johnson is an artist/illustrator living in Cornwall, whose work reflects his passion for the wildlife and rugged landscape of Cornwall.

The book is hardback with quarter cloth binding in Winter’s cloth & printed on uncoated Munken Rough paper. 36 pages. 220mm x 180mm.
