The Blackwing Eras (2024 Edition) pencil sports a retro design inspired by the Microtomic 603. Each box includes 12 special edition pencils with a deep blue barrel, silver imprint & ferrule, a pink eraser, and our soft graphite.

This special edition pencil is the fifth entry in our Blackwing Eras series - honoring Blackwing's heritage with designs inspired by the Blackwing 602's unique history.

Blackwing pencils were favoured by award-winning creators throughout the 20th century. Despite a cult following, they were discontinued in the 1990s. Devotees began paying as much as $40 on eBay for a single pencil.

In the early 2000s, Blackwing used their access to the best wood, graphite and artisan makers in the world to introduce a premium pencil line they called Palomino.
