Lavosh is a soft, thin unleavened flatbread traditionally baked in a tandoor. At Step and Stone, they work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually find employment in the mainstream catering world.
While their aim is social, their breads are nothing short of delicious with a focus on organic and, when possible, locally-sourced ingredients.
